06Are my photos private?
Your uploaded photos are used to create your GiftPage and are not displayed in a public gallery. Anyone with the final link may view the page unless you add a password, so use password protection for private family or personal photos.
07Can I edit after publishing?
Customers cannot directly edit a published page from the dashboard. Please review carefully before publishing or payment. If a correction is needed after delivery, contact support with your order number and page link.
08How does payment approval work?
Paid templates use manual payment verification. After you submit the payment screenshot, GiftPage by Hamza reviews it and publishes the final page after approval.
09How long does a published GiftPage stay online?
The free Mini GiftPage stays live for 7 days after publishing. Paid GiftPages stay live for 1 year after publishing. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or renewal system.
10Is this only for birthdays?
No. Birthday Bloom, Love Letter, Make It Right, Wedding Invitation, Anniversary Time Capsule, Best Friend Surprise, For Him — The Private Edition, For Her — The Light She Carries, and Mini GiftPage are live now. Proposal and other custom templates can be added later.
