Information we collect
We may collect your account email, saved drafts, published page data, uploaded images, uploaded audio, page settings, passwords for protected pages, and basic analytics such as view count and last viewed time.
How we use your information
We use this information to let you create, save, publish, share, and manage personalized website gifts. We may also use it to provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and maintain account security.
Uploaded photos, music, and messages
Your uploaded content is used to display your personalized GiftPage. Your photos, audio, and messages are not shown in a public gallery and are not used for marketing without your permission.
Published pages are unlisted and are not displayed in a public gallery. Anyone who has the page link can open the page unless it is protected with a password. Uploaded media is delivered through Cloudinary using difficult-to-guess public URLs, so anyone who obtains a direct media URL may be able to open that file separately. For private family photos or personal pictures, use password protection and share links only with trusted people.
Please only upload content that you own or have permission to use.
Services we use
GiftPage by Hamza may use services such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, Cloudinary for media uploads, Vercel for hosting, and email or payment providers when required.
Retention and deletion
Free Mini GiftPages are active for 7 days after publication and then enter a 7-day deletion grace period. Paid GiftPages are active for 1 year after publication and then enter a 30-day deletion grace period. Expired pages are no longer shown to recipients.
After the applicable grace period, the published page record and eligible associated Cloudinary media are scheduled for automated deletion. Media is not deleted when the same exact file is still referenced by another active page, draft, or order. Cleanup outcomes are recorded for operational review.
Payment records and payment proofs may be retained separately when needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion or correction by contacting support. Temporary backups or cached copies may take additional time to expire.
