Digital product policy
Once a personalized page has been created, customized, published, or delivered, it may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a clear technical issue that prevents normal use.
Refunds may be considered when
- Payment was charged but the service was not delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A technical fault prevented the page from being created.
- The issue was reported within a reasonable time after purchase.
Refunds are generally not available when
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- Incorrect text, names, images, or details were entered by the customer.
- The page has already been shared or used.
- The selected template/content is disliked after successful delivery.
