By creating an account, submitting an order, publishing a free page, or using GiftPage by Hamza, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

GiftPage by Hamza provides customizable digital website gifts. The final product is a hosted webpage and shareable link; no physical item is delivered unless expressly stated.

Free templates may be published immediately. Paid templates are published only after payment proof is submitted and manually approved.

You are responsible for the names, messages, photographs, audio, and other content you upload. You must own that content or have permission to use and share it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or harmful to another person.

You grant GiftPage by Hamza the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver your content solely for operating and supporting your GiftPage.

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Manual payments are reviewed using the information and screenshot you submit. An order is not considered delivered until it has been approved and a working published link has been issued.

False, altered, duplicate, or unverifiable payment proofs may be rejected and may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

Review names, dates, spelling, images, messages, passwords, and other details before publishing or paying. Reasonable corrections may be considered after delivery, but major redesigns, template changes, or repeated revisions may require a new order or additional payment.

Published GiftPages are unlisted rather than placed in a public gallery. Anyone with the link may be able to open a page unless a password is enabled. You are responsible for sharing links and passwords only with intended recipients.

A free Mini GiftPage remains available for 7 days after publication. After expiry, it displays an expired-page notice and is scheduled for permanent deletion after a further 7-day grace period.

A paid GiftPage remains available for 1 year after publication. After expiry, it displays an expired-page notice and is scheduled for permanent deletion after a further 30-day grace period. Paid pages do not renew automatically, and GiftPage by Hamza currently offers no renewal system or recurring subscription.

The applicable expiry and deletion dates are shown in the customer dashboard. Once deletion is completed, the page link, stored page content, and eligible associated media may no longer be recoverable.

We aim to keep active pages available and functional, but continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Hosting providers, browsers, third-party services, maintenance, security incidents, or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. We may also remove abusive, illegal, unsafe, or technically harmful content before its normal expiry date.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Personalized digital products may not be refundable after successful creation, publication, or delivery except where a qualifying technical or payment issue exists.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GiftPage by Hamza is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of a shared link, content uploaded without permission, recipient reactions, or failures caused by third-party platforms or internet services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date on this page will show the latest version. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
